Brief: OpenAI has been quietly testing an advanced iteration of its generative artificial intelligence (AI) imaging model, according to samples leaked by YouTuber MattVidPro.

It can produce sharp images, flawlessly recreate brand names and logos, and render text with good spelling. It also shows an improvement in areas where current models struggle, like creating realistic hands and backgrounds.
OpenAI has removed its safety filters for this testing phase, enabling the model to generate violent content and nudity. It's unlikely, however, that the official public version will maintain these capabilities.
Despite the model's advanced capabilities, concerns about potential misuse and the importance of responsible development remain.
