Good Morning from the Promptbox Team

All signs point to Elon Musk being the driving catalyst of crypto’s last bull run, with a hefty sprinkling of market manipulation by others, such as SBF, when he announced Tesla would accept BTC. Coincidently, the conditions for Tesla to start accepting it again were just met - less than a year from the next halving. Hmmm.

Plus, AI funding is starting its next big leg up. Buy a .ai domain and build something, anything, quick!

TGIF. Let’s get it.

A new study hints at AI's potential to rival average human creativity, but top-tier creatives still reign supreme - for now.

In tests pitting AI chatbots against people in divergent thinking challenges, the bots showcased inventiveness comparable to most humans. Yet exceptional individuals consistently dreamed up more original concepts than even the best AI models.

The research measured creative thinking via the Alternate Uses Task, where participants generate novel uses for everyday objects. AI bots like ChatGPT fared well in metrics like semantic distance and creativity rating. But the most imaginative participants still out-created the most innovative bots in nearly all scoring categories.

While demonstrating AI's capacity for creativity, the study prompts deeper investigation into synergistically combining AI and humans.

Rather than replacing people, AI could augment the creative process, partnering with uniquely gifted individuals to push boundaries. This research provides an intriguing glimpse into AI not usurping but uplifting human creativity to new heights.

So what's your view? Are you inspired or concerned by this tech matching humans?
